What We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and your message. If you are asking about a program, we also collect your organization and which program interests you. Both of those are optional.

That is the only information you actively give us. This site has no accounts, no logins, and no newsletter.

How We Use It

We use your information to reply to you. Your inquiry is emailed to us through Resend, our email delivery provider, which also sends you an automatic confirmation that we received it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not add you to a mailing list — we do not have one.

Donations

We do not process donations on this site. Our Donate button takes you to every.org, which handles the transaction and directs contributions to our fiscal sponsor. We never see or store your payment details. What you enter there is covered by every.org's own privacy policy.

Analytics & Cookies

This site sets no cookies.

We use Vercel Analytics to see which pages people visit. It is cookieless and reports only in aggregate — it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. We use no advertising or cross-site trackers.

Our host keeps standard server logs, and your IP address is checked against a short-term counter that limits how often the contact form can be submitted, which is how we stop automated spam. That counter holds nothing beyond a few minutes and is never used to identify you.

Who Else Handles Your Data

Three service providers are involved in running this site:

  • Vercel — hosting and analytics
  • Sanity — the content system that stores our pages and images
  • Resend — delivery of contact-form email

Children & Photography

Our programs serve young people, but this website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information through the form, email us at stacie@thekindmind.org and we will delete it.

We publish photographs of program participants only with written permission — and for anyone under 18, that means written consent from a parent or guardian. To have a photograph removed, email us and we will take it down.

Your Choices

You can email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We keep contact-form messages only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
